A technical assessment is an independent evaluation of your stack, your engineering practices, and your team. The point is to tell you where you actually stand and what has to change.
What an assessment is
It is an outside read of the system and of the way it gets built, done without the internal politics that make these conversations hard to have in-house. We are not there to grade anyone. We are there to say what we see and what it will take to put it right.
What we look at
We look at the architecture, the code, the infrastructure, and what the team is actually able to do. All four, because a healthy codebase with a broken delivery process still ships late.
What you walk away with
You get a prioritised list of what to fix, with effort estimates and the risk of leaving each one alone. It is a document leadership can make a funding decision from, and you can act on it with us or without us.
