Independent review of vendors, proposals, budgets and delivery plans, before the money is committed.
01 An honest, independent view of your technology
Technical oversight covers the decisions made before and during delivery: which vendor, which proposal, what budget, and whether the work is going where it is meant to. A wrong call in any of them costs months.
This is not a delivery role. We are not building the system, we are checking that the right system is being built, by people who can build it, for a price that reflects the work. That means reading vendor proposals for realism, finding the gaps in a delivery plan, and watching progress closely enough to catch problems while they are still cheap.
The read comes from engineers who have been on the delivery side of projects like yours, and who know which parts of a plan usually turn out to be optimistic.
